Substitutions When a Product Runs Out

If a product you subscribe to runs out of stock, we'll send you the closest available flavor or product to keep your subscription on track — and reach out by email so you can pick a different option, pause your subscription, or get a refund if you'd rather.

What Happens When the Original Is Back

When the original product is back, we'll automatically restart your paused subscription, add the item back to your subscription if it was removed, or switch you back from the substitute — and email you to let you know.

If You're Not Happy with the Substitute

You have options:

• Pick a different flavor or product from what's available
• Pause your subscription until the original is back
• Return the substitute for a full refund — we'll send you a free prepaid shipping label
